Property Management

The Grace Tyson Real Estate property management program handles long and short term rentals, including vacation rental property. Our properties range from individual houses to apartment complexes and from waterfront to inland locations. Briefly described below are some highlights regarding our property management program.

Grace Tyson Real Estate rates are as follows:

• Daily (2 night minimum): 20% of rent
• Weekly: 20% of rent
• Monthly: 10% of rent
• Deposits range from $200.00 to $500.00 and higher if it is a longterm rental. All cleaning fees are deducted from the deposits.

All short-term and vacation rental properties are required to furnish the unit including linens and towels.

Owners are paid the following month on or before the 10th of each month by U.S.Mail. The statement will reflect the rental amount, the rental commission, any maintenance charges, and the net amount to owner.
